Looking ahead, we are so excited to announce the warm weather is here, and our next several meetups will be picnics! May 28th will be our next meet if you want to save the date! The exact location and time will be shared soon, but please mark your calendars and spread the word.

June and July dates are not yet decided, we usually choose the date month to month, but they will be picnics also. We love our summer picnics because they really give us the chance to relax, mingle, and linger as long as we want to in the park! (Dogs most welcome as always!) We look forward to seeing all of you there as we come together once again to share joy, laughter, and new connections!

This meet is a true celebration of Spring Fleurs.

Adrienne Ryser, the incredibly talented owner of L’Arrosoir, has just celebrated the publication of her gorgeous new book, Fleurs. This was a project filled with love, capturing Adrienne’s unique floral philosophy and the timeless soul of her shop.The pages are filled with breathtaking imagery by the wonderful Katie Donnelley!

Adrienne will have signed copies of Fleurs available at the shop, ff you’re looking for a thoughtful gift for upcoming Mother’s Day (or a beautiful addition to your own coffee table).

There is no RSVP required for this event. This meetup is free and open to all women living in Paris who are seeking community. L’Arrosoir has always been a space where friendships blossom! We want to thank everyone who came on Sunday; a gallery full of galentines brought such a smile to our faces! And of course our wonderful host Elsa, who opened the doors of her beautiful, new gallery to us for to gather in. We are amazed that just one year ago this was only an idea, and now we are over 700 women connected.

If you’re new here and don’t know how we got started, this community grew out of Galentine’s Day. It truly started from a place of love, and we believe that has been the guiding force all along. When Sara and I got talking last February at my Galentine’s Party, we had only met a few times in passing. But we bonded quickly over a shared desire to create what we wished existed: a monthly, free gathering for women, with the sole purpose of finding friendship. We didn’t know where or how to begin, but we were determined to make it happen. Then just days later (on Valentine’s Day!) the owner of Paris’ adorable dog cafe Le Bone Appart, sent me a message about hosting an event for upcoming International Women’s Day. We told Rebecca what we had dreamed up, and asked if we could make this our first official event. Looking back, it’s like the universe provided an offer of love to help us get this community started, and it’s been providing ever since.

Every month for the last year, someone in our community has kindly opened up their own spaces and businesses for us to gather in - no strings attached. We’ve met in a flower shop, a photography studio, a locally-owned coffee shop, wine bar, and boutique! We’ve been able to not just build a community, but also support the people within it.

Thank you for being a part of this community. Thank you for your courage walking into events alone, your warm, welcoming smiles, the wonderful conversations, shared stories, joyous laughter, and much-needed connection. We are so excited to continue celebrating next month, on our official one-year anniversary of gathering women together!

Anna and I decided to start these gatherings last Galentine’s, when Anna hosted the very first one — and what an incredible adventure it’s been since then. What began as a simple idea has grown into real connection, friendship, and community, and we’re endlessly grateful for every one of you who’s been part of it.

This year, we’re celebrating Galentine’s Day on Sunday, February 8th, from 2–5 pm, at Gallery 20 Roch @roch20paris , 20 rue Saint-Roch, 75001.

We’re especially lucky because this Galentine’s coincides with the opening of this beautiful, female-owned gallery 🤍 The gallery is devoted to new talent — painters she personally loves and believes deserve their flowers. This is truly her passion.

@elsaoluja is French, and married to an American (who will be catering the afternoon with delicious treats available for purchase), and spent several years in California before returning to Paris with a dream: to showcase emerging artists she’s genuinely excited about.

We can’t wait for you to meet her, discover new art, and connect with new friends — old and new Galentines alike.

It’s always free to come! No RSVP needed. We know it’s not always easy to walk in solo, so you are more than celebrated for that and Anna or I will talk to you! 💕

We’re fortunate to be welcomed by Mari at Koshka and the many other amazing women. In this time of gratitude, we’re feeling deeply, genuinely grateful for everything we’ve created together. The growth, the laughter, the unexpected depth, the sense of belonging that’s been quietly weaving through each gathering. It’s wild and wonderful to witness how much this little community has blossomed in such a short time.

We’re planning something in January for a luminous New Year’s Event! A chance to set intentions, dream boldly, and welcome 2026 with clarity, sweetness, and our special spark of magic that our group brings!

We’re excited to share the location for our November gathering! ✨

This month, we’ll be hosted by Laura Adrian (@loladrian) — a dear friend of over a decade, an inspiring entrepreneuse behind some of Paris’s most beloved restaurants, and (cherry on top) a devoted dog lover! Truly one of our own.

Laura is welcoming us to her beautiful wine bar, Verjus bar à vin (@verjusparis), tucked just beside the Palais Royal. What a treat to gather in such an iconic spot!

We want to say a huge, heartfelt thank you to everyone who came to our September and October gatherings! In addition to seeing many of the familiar faces in our growing community, we had over 150 new faces between our two events, and we were truly blown away. It was incredible to meet all of you and see you connecting with each other. We love hearing the stories of how many friendships have been made already, and even running into you hanging out in the city together!

Thank you again to Oxana and Terrah Coffee for so generously inviting us into their space. We love being able to support each other, and the local businesses in Paris.

If you haven’t been able to make it to one of our gatherings yet, this is just a reminder that you are always welcome! Our meet up is always free, and open to any woman, of any age, who is living in Paris and seeking friendship and community. You can come alone, at any point during the event, there is no “right” time be there. You do NOT have to register or sign up anywhere, you just come. It is also not just for expats! We ourselves were shocked and thrilled that several women in our community are French! We do speak mostly English, since it is very international crowd.

For the final two months of year, we are planning ahead in an effort to accommodate everyone’s holiday travel and plans. Instead of weekend events, our gatherings will be Thursday evening apéros, November 13th, and December 4th. Locations and time still tbd, but we will update you with the exact details as soon as they are confirmed. For now, just save the date!

We’ll gather between 14h and 17h at Oxana’s studio on the enchanting Avenue d’Eylau — complete with a view of the Eiffel Tower and a balcony to soak up the last golden rays of September sunshine.

I wasn’t sure we’d get the opportunity to do an event this month, so I’m very happy to announce that we have a date for you for July!

Anna and I have not played a lot of pétanque, so we’re learning with you. 🤓😂 We are allowed to rent balls there and we’ll grab any spots that are available.

Anna and I walked through Île Saint-Louis, both of us wanting to say so much. Recapping some of the highlights, but it seemed impossible to put it all into words. We were both so impressed with the women we got to meet. The synchronicities and connections that felt almost destined. We had to laugh, and felt lucky we both got to witness it.

May is a holiday month, and all of the weekends are long. People leave, so an After Work Apéro was the best plan. Women trickled in slowly, whoever came in was welcomed with a bunch of big hellos, quickly found a spot, and laid out their goodies. We jumped into introductions, and at one point I realized we had a really cool opportunity with this event. We couldn’t have been more than 15 women this time, and the last two events were so unexpectedly full, that Anna and I, even though incredibly grateful, didn’t get to meet all the women, let alone hear their stories. I can only imagine that the women at the last two events also had a similar experience. This was our moment to make proper introductions and finally hear those stories we may have missed before.

We randomly started with a woman so chic, she brought actual wine glasses in a beautiful basket. Within the first few introductions, it was clear that each woman came to be real. One after the other had a unique and nuanced background. Every story was so layered, we poured in with questions and praise. At one point we were all looking at each other in disbelief that we had gathered such an incredibly diverse and accomplished group of women. Authors, an Art Curator, an Interior Design firm owner, the list didn’t stop there. Someone would tell a story about looking for her dream work in Marine Biology and another woman would pop up and say, I actually know two people who could help you with that. Another mentions that she’s an anesthesiologist, and a woman across the blanket says, I’m having knee surgery tomorrow and I’m freaked out about it. The anesthesiologist offers some helpful suggestions and another woman, a very empathetic professor, pipes in and tosses her a box of matches and a candle to light, as a reminder to be brave for her surgery. We’re all silent as she strikes the match and lights the candle. The wild connections and beautiful moments had us all in awe. Nothing contrived, just spontaneous unfolding.

At each event, we’ve both met phenomenal women and started friendships. Each gathering has brought someone or something that helped to create the next one. This thing is building on its own, it has its own momentum. If you’ve been to one, you know that there’s never enough time to meet everyone. That’s why we’re hosting monthly. You’ll either finally get to chat with someone you wanted to last time, or meet someone completely new. We have women who have come to every event, and met someone new each time. Our community now, all of you, are Women to Gather Women Together.

Both of us confirmed, and shared a few cheesy high fives, that even after years of living here, we still sometimes feel like we’re just getting our bearings. Friends often come and go, they move away, or you grow apart. Alongside adjusting to a completely new way of life, culture, and language, you’re also trying to build a friendship support system that feels good to you. Friends that align to the life you came here to build. It’s a load. We get it.

As the Galentine’s party started to empty out, and we officially exchanged info, we both knew we were on to something. The idea was born. Three weeks later, we had our first Women’s meet up, on International Women’s day. Can I tell you, we met so many amazing women, and ended up chatting way past our time limit, pouring out into the streets, in front of our Co-host’s cafe, Le Bone Appart.

That was the beginning of, Women To Gather Women Together. These events are free. We want you to come and connect, that’s it. The dates and locations are different every time, announced as soon as we have the details.
